Bluebell Court Residence

A triple-storey residential dwelling with semi-basement garage at 7 Bluebell Court, Sunshine North, within the City of Brimbank.

Works included reinforced concrete footings, retaining and Dincel walls, the basement garage, timber framing, external cladding systems, roofing, glazing, waterproofing, services installation and final architectural finishes, in accordance with the Building Act 1993, Building Regulations 2018 and NCC 2019. Project management covered supervision of works, coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, procurement, site safety and regular communication with the owners.
