Canal Street Residence

A new single-storey home with an associated garage within the Taylor Run estate, Fraser Rise, comprising 197 m² of new building work.

Design and permit coordination commenced in 2024, with construction progressing through 2024–2025 — in-ground services, slab, framing and trusses, roofing, external envelope, waterproofing, internal fit-out and finishes. Statutory inspections were completed at pre-slab, slab-steel, frame and final stages, followed by the Occupancy Permit on 12 August 2025 and handover documentation for the owner.
