Krateron Street Residence

Construction of a new single-storey dwelling with an associated garage at 26 Krateron Street, Fraser Rise.

The project was delivered in accordance with the Building Act 1993, Building Regulations 2018 and NCC (BCA Volume 2, 2022). Project management covered end-to-end delivery — coordinating trades, consultants and suppliers, budget control and procurement, liaison with the client, council and consultants, and managing the slab, frame and final inspections to ensure compliance with the permit and approved drawings.
